Find, add, edit and export bank transactions

Find transactions

  • Type in Search for transactions to find a line.

  • Click the date range to change the period. It shows all dates by default.

  • Filter by Branch, Project or Department.

  • Edit columns to show or hide columns.

Add a transaction

Click Add transaction and choose:

  • Single transaction: enter the Date, Type (credit or debit), Amount and Description, then click Create.

  • Ask Adam: describe the transactions or attach a file, and Adam adds them.

  • Import manual excel: upload a spreadsheet of transactions using the template.
