The journals list
Go to Manual Journals → Manual Journals. Each journal shows its Number, Date, Title, Total amount, Status (Draft or Published) and Contact. Click View under Entries to see its lines.
Use the date range and Filter to narrow the list, Edit columns to change what's shown, and Export to download it.
Work on several journals
Tick the journals you want. The toolbar shows Export selected, Publish drafts, Duplicate and Delete.

Open a journal and click Actions:

Void |

Void a published journal to reverse it in your books while keeping a record of it. Drafts haven't touched your books, so you can simply Delete them.
The journal's tabs show its Overview, Line items, Comments and Audit log.
