Welcome to Tyms: how your AI bookkeeper works

Tyms keeps your books for you. You bring your bank data and documents; Tyms records, categorises and reports on them, and you review.

What Tyms does

  • Records your transactions. Upload bank statements or connect your bank, and Tyms turns every line into a bookkeeping entry.

  • Categorises them to the right account. Using your chart of accounts and the rules you teach it, Tyms decides where each transaction belongs.

  • Handles everyday paperwork. Create invoices, quotes, bills, expenses and journals by hand, or just ask Adam, your AI accountant, in plain language.

  • Produces your financial statements. Profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, trial balance, aging and tax reports are always up to date.
