Open Reports → All Reports and choose a report under Sales, Expenses, Profit or Cash / Tax / Inventory.
Sales by customer
Shows each customer's number of sales (Count), Sales, Discount, Tax and Total for the period.
Other breakdowns
Sales by item, employee, branch, department or project.
Expenses by vendor, account, employee, branch, department or project.
Profit by customer and Profit by project: which customers and projects actually make you money.
Customer cash flow: money actually received from each customer.
Sales tax, Purchase tax, Withholding tax and Tax summary.
Inventory valuation, Cost of goods by item and Inventory purchases.
💡 Branch, department and project reports only show data if you tag transactions with them. Use the Classification section when you create invoices, bills and expenses.
