Bank Accounts: each bank's Tyms Balance next to its Bank balance, with a trend chart. Click Manage banks to open Banking.
Business overview: cards with your key metrics, such as revenue, expenses, net income, receivables aging, working capital and cash balance.
Change the period or branch
At the top of Business overview:
Period: choose Month to date, Quarter to date, Year to date, Last 6 months, Last year to date or Two years to date.
Branch: show All branches or just one.
Customise the cards
Click Customize.
Drag cards to reorder them, or click ✕ to remove one.
Click Add widget and choose a metric:
Cash: Cash Inflow, Cash Outflow, Net Burn, Gross Burn, Runway
Profit: Gross Profit, Gross Profit Margin, EBITDA, EBITDA Margin, Net Profit Margin, Operating Revenue, Operating Expenses, Cost of Goods Sold
Position: Assets, Liabilities, Equity, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Return on Equity
Inventory: Inventory Balance, Average Inventory, Inventory Turnover Rate
Top lists: Top Expenses, Top Customers, Top Vendors, Top Items
Click Save.
