Ask Adam
On Invoices, Income or Quotes, click Create → Ask Adam.
In Add new invoice(s), either:
Type a Message, e.g. Invoice Brightline Studio for a website redesign, $4,500, due in 30 days, or
Click Attach file to upload a document, such as a PDF invoice or a photo of a receipt.
Click Submit. Adam creates the records for you to review.
⚠️ Limits: text must be under 15,000 characters and 100 entries. PDFs can be up to 10 pages. Always review what Adam creates before relying on it.
Import from Excel
Click Create → Import Excel.
Click Download template (XLSX) and fill in one row per record.
Click Select file (or drag and drop) to upload it. CSV, XLS and XLSX are accepted, up to 500 rows and 20 MB.
Click Analyze to check the file before the records are created.
Credits: AI work uses credits (0.1 per transaction, 1 per image extraction). Check your balance in the top bar.
